Interview with Alexa + My first post!

Good evening Cho's! :3  As many of you know, Anchor added me on as a co-owner of the blog earlier today, and I'm proud to say that this is my first post, and that I'm really excited to be on this blog working with Anchor! :)  Well, I was bored the other day, and so I thought "I want to interview someone."  I ended up asking my friend Alexa, and she said yes to the interview!  So without further ado, here's the interview with Alexa, better known as Lexie :D

Question 1:  When did you first become an agent and what was your reaction?
Answer:  Well, the team had just finished updating and then Grace got a friend request from Jake and Zoo, and she was surprised to find out we had Agent Badges. It was a huge accomplishment for both of us, and something we're very proud of since we now can help keep Chobots safe. :D And, this was back in March. =D

Question 2:  No warning or anything?  Just happened?
Answer:  Yep, it just happened! :D
 They didn't tell us in advance or anything, and it was a major surprise because it was before the Agents meeting, and they usually choose Agents at the meeting, that's why we were so surprised. c:

Question 3:  Was it your main goal to become an agent or was it just something you would've been proud of to get?
Answer:  It was a big goal to us, but if we didn't get it, it would have been alright. We still wanted to keep helping with or without a badge. :D It just made us feel great, because the team recognized us for working hard to help keep Chobots safe and for helping others. So, if you have a goal never give up, because if you work hard you can get it. =)

Question 4:  Do you have anymore goals you would like to reach or do you think you've reached max potential?
Answer:  Yes, one of my goals is for Grace and I to someday become part of Moderation. We love helping keep Chobots safe and helping others, so it would be amazing if we could work our way up there. :D

Question 5:  What goes through your mind whenever someone asks you to make a banner/header for their blog?
Answer:  Well I always am excited to create new headers for Chobots blogs, because it makes me happy to see new bloggers and I'm honored that Chobots really appreciate my headers. :D

Question 6:  What's the most embarrassing moment that's ever happened to you on Chobots?
Answer:  Hmmm. Well, once I welcomed a new Chobot, and then when I clicked their playercard come to find out they were already at least 100 days old.

Question 7:  Where did you first hear about Chobots, and what were your first impressions?
Answer:  Well, I found out about it from a Club Penguin blogger, I can't remember which one, but, when I first joined I didn't play it much. I didn't really understand Chobots very well, but I still thought it was an awesome game. Now, I really, really love to play Chobots. It's so much fun meeting new players from all over the world, and playing games with awesome contests. It's just a ton of fun. :D

And that concludes the interview with Lexie!  I've known her since my first day on here, and I can safely say she's one of the nicest Chobots I've met on here, and I couldn't be prouder to have her in my friends list! :)

Beach Gathering Recap

Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had an amazing time at the beach gathering/party! I know I did! I'm so happy I was able to make it. I'd thought I'd make a little recap on what happened, it was a pretty short gathering so this won't be such a long post but let's get started!

At the beginning we witnessed such amazing magic from the mods! I was amazed at everything I saw! They were holding quizzes and the person to say the correct answer first won sweet prizes like a Domo or Strawberry shirts! (congrats to everyone who won a prize!) 





When the party was about to end they changed us back to our normal avatars and I was amazed at how many people were there! If you see in the photo the beach was PACKED!






Again, I hope you all had an amazing time at the party and I'll see you all next time!

Welcome Bacachoo!

Hi Everyone!
If you are up to date with me in the forums, you'd know I've been looking for a blog partner!
By blog partner I mean a co-owner. We'd both equally own the blog so we're both admins of it. Anyways, I asked people to comment down below in my thread in the Blog Discussion part of the forums and I got quite a few comments, even some private messages. A friend of mine named Bacachoo (On Chobots) commented and I thought what a great idea it would be to partner up with him! He's a great friend and I'm positive we'd be amazing partners with co-owning the blog.

New $hop items and a small update!

Hi Everyone!
Quick post here! If you check out the $hop you'll notice some items have been added!

What do you guys think? I'm going to get the Teddy and Rose! They're such cute items :3 These items were requested to be added by a few users and I guess they were added. They've also added other Playercard skins and a chat! I heard they'll be adding "NEW NEW" items next month so keep your eyes open! 

Now for the small update-

Have you guys seen your chobot avatar? It used to have a dimple next to the mouth but now it's gone. I guess they didn't want it anymore. I just thought I'd share.

Chobots Idol!

Hi Everyone!
If you like music and singing then this contest is perfect for you!

For this contest, you need to make a song but there is a catch. The song has to be about Chobots! If you're curious on what the team is looking for, here is what they are: Creative Song Lyrics and How well you sing your song 

Once you've sung your song, you'll have to upload to YouTube or somewhere they can view it. Another thing is to make sure you include the song lyrics  in the description because it could be helpful to know the words that are being sung. You have until Saturday, June 1st to submit your song on the main blog. There will be prizes that I'm sure will be amazing! I'm sure everyone who enters will do great! Best of luck to all of you!

Draw an Agent winners!

Hi Everyone!
Not to long ago Chobots was holding a contest where you drew an agent! After looking at all the entries they have picked 3 winners for this contest so I thought I'd share them with you!

  Last but not least, in third place: Sylva with her very cute drawings of quite a few agents! Great idea of putting them in all together!

I'm Back!

Hi Everyone!
Sorry for my lack of posts and absence of chobots the past few days. My desktop was messed up and it wouldn't connect to wifi because it couldn't find the modem. After days of trying different things I finally fixed it! I guess knowing about computers helps in the end after all.

Well I'm back and I'll be back to posting regularly! I can't wait to interact with you all, again :)

Free Citizenship Day + Game Night

Hi Everyone!
Kind of late post here, sorry for my absence! How're you all enjoying your free citizenship day?! I hope you're all enjoying the features it has to give and maybe it'll convince some of you to get some :3! I'm sure once you see all the features and perks being a citizen has you'll be convinced!

Now, on to the other news. Tomorrow will be another game night! All the games throughout the city will be open and you'll be able to compete with friends to get first place or you can party with the mods!



Game Night will take place tomorrow, May 18th, 2013  at 20:15/8:15 PM until 21:15/9:15 PM Cho-Time (GMT). All the contest boards will be open/enabled throughout the game so you can compete with friends! If you want to party with the mods, be sure to head over to the mission agency!

New Agents!

Pictionary/Hangman event recap!

Hi Everyone!

As you know, today was the agent meeting. After the meeting a few mods held a pictionary/hangman event in the underground! I was able to make it and I got a few screen shots and what not. So here is a recap of what happened.

At the beginning before the game even started, we witnessed some pretty rad mod magic! Everyone loved it, including myself!







After the magic, we finally started the games! We played 2 rounds of hangman and we had to amazing winners!







When that was over, we went onto pictionary. This was my favorite part, I hope others enjoyed this as well! We had winners for this as well, and the drawings were cute. Lol :) 






When it was about to be over, Coby went on an adding spree! I actually got the chance to add him and he approved :) 







So this is the recap of the event that happened today, I hope everyone enjoyed themselves at the event and we'll just have to see what happens next for us on Chobots!

Decorate a cookie contest!

Hi Everyone!

I have a new contest to inform you guys on! Chobots is holding a very creative contest where you decorate your own cookie! What to do is pretty easy, you just bake and decorate it with icing, frosting, etc! Here is one of the examples the Chobots team posted on the main blog:

You can make and create it however you'd like! As long as it's Chobots related. Some possibilities could be, making your chobot avatar on a cookie, or maybe even your pet! Possibly your favorite item on Chobots? Sound fun right? Not only will you have the chance to win some pretty rad prizes but, you'll also have cookies to eat and share with family and friends!

Once you have finished making your cookie take a photo of it and comment it on the main blog on this post. You have until May 15th to submit your entry.

Hangman and Farming Results!

Today I have a few things to share with you guys, for one Chobots will be hosting an event where we play hangman! It'll happen after the agent meeting so we could all just hang out with friends and play a few games of hangman.

Q's Quest!

Hi Everyone!

We've been patiently waiting for the new quest, and now it's here! It's called Agent Q's quest and it's possibly one of the hardest ones we've got now! To find the quest you'll need to go to the Home Dome!

 Once you're inside the Home Dome, you'll see Agent Q. Just go up to him and a message like this will pop up. It's just him telling you about the quest. If you're up for it, click yes and let the searching begin!

For the quest, you may be a little lost at first since the items are invisible  They are shielded by an invisible cloak but you'll find them if a little gear pops up in one of the locations (try looking around trees and outside places.) I personally already completed the quest so I thought I'd share what the prize is if you're curious! 
*The prize is a citizen item only.*

Bored?

Hi Everyone! 

 Random post here for today! If you're ever bored there are a lot of things you can do! One of them is host a Chobots Fashion Show! I attended one today and it made me want the write about it. It's a great way to kill time and if there are prizes, it's like a fun competition!

A lot of people got together at this one! It's a great way to make new friends! I enjoyed seeing everyones outfits, all of them were so creative!

Hi Everyone!

It's that time of the month again, Chobots is looking for new journalists to add to the program. The Journalist program showcases amazing blogs dedicated to Chobots that are maintained well! If anyone is interested in becoming a journalist, there are a few requirements which I will list below

•     Your blog should be at least one month old and updated weekly.
•     The posts on your blog must be your own and creative. You may not copy from other blogs or websites.
•     Images found on the Official Blog may be used in your posts.

There are also some things chobots are awarded with becoming a journalist! These things are:

•     Your blog will be featured on the play page
•     Journalist badge on your playercard with the title of your blog
•     In the beginning of the month, one free week of Citizenship
•     Invited to an exclusive mailing list to receive information of upcoming events, future features and news before anyone else
•     You will receive the exclusive feather item automatically
•     You will be invited to write one blog post here on the Official Blog
•     The ability to contact a moderator through PC, even when their card is blocked
•        Your blog will be bookmarked by the Moderators
•     Your website will be featured on the Official Blog
•     And a purple name tag

If you would like the chance in becoming a journalist, submissions are open until May 9th, 2013. Post your comment in the with the link in it. After the submissions are closed, Chobots will review all blogs and pick the new journalist.
*Note for April Journalists: If you're interested in remaining one, you are not required to resubmit your blog.

Cinco de Mayo party review!

Hey Everyone!

How did you all enjoy the party? I hope you all had an amazing time! I for sure did, I'm happy I was able to attend it! For those who missed it, I decided to make a little review of what happened!

Before the party even started we were all patiently waiting in the shop square. We were all so excited for it to start! What we didn't know is that the party lasted 2 hours and 44 minutes! 

When it started we immediatly had great magic going on! It started with some pretty funny music and such bright colors and a lot of dancing! Everyone was finally happy that the party had started.

Once we got more into it, we experienced a lot of cooler magic from the mods! We also got tons of rain! It rained pretty rad items, my favorite was the iPad personally. I always wanted one, ha

We soon realized it was Maya's 500th day Chobots Birthday! So we all said Happy Birthday and kept partying so it was like a double party!

Towards the end, we were flushed to the agents underground and had a few rounds of hangman! Each prize was amazing and I'd like to say congratulations to everyone who won prizes!

 A little fun thing to share, my pet Oasy was partying with Jake and Maya ! I didn't realize that until it was about to end.

Farm Contest!

Hi Everyone!

First I'd like to say Happy Cinco de Mayo! Now I have a question for you. Do you like farming? If so, this contest is perfect for you!

Chobots has started a cow competion contest that'll go on until May 8th.

The goal of this contest is to achieve the highest points in the score boards. Pretty easy right?

Game Night Party! May 4th, 2013

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post here.

I just wanted to say Game Night was AMAZING! What did you all think of it?

The party was great! The good vibes, the good music, everything! 

I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did :). They even chose a song I wanted to play! I thought that was pretty rad, and of course the rain!

My favorite part though personally, was the magic. They always do an amazing job and it's just such cool graphics! Amazed 100%
